Pear, walnut & Isle of Wight Blue Cheese salad with Chilli Cherry Drizzle

Firm ripe pears, sliced lengthways

Mixed salad leaves

Isle of Wight blue cheese, crumbled

Chilli Cherry Drizzle
Method

Heat a griddle pan, cook the pears in batches for 1 min on each side. Set aside to cool.

Toss the pears, leaves and cheese, place on plates and drizzle with the Chilli Cherry Drizzle!
