Fig, prosciutto & goats cheese salad with Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip

Figs, stems removed and sliced

Prosciutto, cut into strips

Goat’s cheese, crumbled

Spinach and rocket leaves

Toasted walnuts

Red onion sliced
Method

Arrange salad leaves on plate along with the figs, onion, walnuts and prosciutto.

Drizzle over the Spiced Fig Balsamic Dressing & Dip.

Crumble the goat’s cheese on top of the salad and serve.
