Green Bean Salad


500g green beans, ends trimmed
2 tbsp capers
2 tbsp gherkins, chopped
2 tbsp fresh basil, shredded
Wild Island Salad Dressing

Bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the green beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Drain, add the salad dressing, chopped gherkins, capers and fresh herbs.
Toss to combine.
